REVIEW PRE-ARRANGED BOOKINGS
To plan for the service period, start by scanning upcoming bookings and reviewing table availability.
In the DQ Core app, go to the Bookings tab. You’ll only see bookings related to selected event.
Things to check:
Are bookings fully paid?
Payment status is shown by the color of the booking cost at the bottom right of the booking tile.
Red outline: Payments still outstanding.
Green outline: Booking is fully paid.
To view payment details:
Tap on the booking.
Navigate to the Payments section.
Review payments made and any outstanding balances.
Do all bookings have a complete guest list?
The number of guests is shown under the booking name as ”# Guests”.
Tap on this tile to expand and view all listed guests.
ADD LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
If a booking wasn’t made online or needs to be added last-minute, you can create one using the DQ Core app.
How to add a booking:
Tap the Bookings tab in DQ Core.
Tap the “+” icon at the top right and select "Add Booking".
Select the seating option or package to apply.
Choose an existing guest or tap “Select Guest” to create a new one.
Tap “Select Table” to assign the guest to a table.
